This product works well for my daughter. However, I ordered two bottles and I received an email that said they shipped on January 16. However, the shipping partner never received the package. My daughter messaged them and it took several days for them to get back to her. I called them and emailed and never heard back after talking to someone who said this eh would get back to me. Finally, today…2 1/2 weeks later they messaged my daughter and said they would ship the bottles with no explanation of what happened. I was charged full price several weeks ago. I am very unhappy with the service and the long delay. She has been without them for a while now. I even asked if there was an alternative supplement they could recommend in the interim and they had no response. The product is recommended but not the service.
